Zero-knowledge security
This means that neither the application developer nor anyone else knows anything about your data.
Data location
We have no servers. We do not store your data or your password. This means nothing can be hacked on our side. The data is always stored on your side: your devices, your computers and the cloud account of your choice.
Data encryption
SafeInCloud uses the industry-standard 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) for the data encryption:

Password
It is important to have a strong password. A weak password can be potentially guessed by a hacker no matter how strong encryption is used.
Attention! Remember your password. We do not store it for the security reasons. If you forget the password, you will not be able to restore it or access your data without it.
Data synchronization
The cloud synchronization always transmits your data over the Internet in encrypted form. In addition, HTTP Secure Protocol (HTTPS) is used.
