The following options might resolve the hangs or crashes issue of SafeInCloud:
- Check if the latest .NET version installed;
- Check if .NET Framework 3.5 is enabled in system settings: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/install/dotnet-35-windows (Enable the .NET Framework 3.5 in Control Panel)
- Check if the latest video card software installed;
- Try disabling video driver its enhancing/acceleration options;
- Try temporarily unticking "Use my settings for this device" in "Colour Management";
- Windows 10: Try to deinstall recently installed Windows updates. As of now in some rare cases, we had seen the problem with KB4562830, KB4592438 & KB4586876;
- Windows 11: Install the latest version and updates for the system;
- Try to install the Windows 7 version of the app. The latest version can be found here: https://safeincloud.ladesk.com/560271-Latest-versions
