SafeInCloud app for Windows and Mac is free. You can use all the Pro features free of charge:
- Cloud synchronization
- Fast unlock
- Autofill in browsers
- Unlimited card storage
- Password generator
- Image and file attachments
- Website icons for cards
However, some Premium features, such as Login with Windows Hello on Windows 10 or Login with Touch ID on macOS, require an additional one-time payment – a Premium purchase.
This purchase will activate the premium features on all your existing and future computers on the same desktop OS. The purchase is only valid under your user account (Microsoft account or Apple ID). It has a lifetime validity.
A Pro version purchased on a mobile OS (e.g. Android or iOS) does not activate Premium in the desktop app.
Troubleshooting
If you unable to perform the Premium in-app purchase, try one of the following steps:
1. Open Microsoft Store > click on your profile picture on top right and sign-out. Then sign-in again.
2. Try to reset the app:
Open Windows Settings (Windows Key+I) > click Apps > scroll down to Password Manager SafeInCloud > click it > Advanced options > Reset.
or reinstall the app:
Open Windows Settings (Windows Key+I) > click Apps > scroll down to Password Manager SafeInCloud > click it > Uninstall > reinstall it from Microsoft Store.
3. Run Windows Store Apps troubleshooter:
Open Windows Settings (Windows Key+I) > click Update & security > click Troubleshoot > click Additional troubleshooters > scroll down to Windows Store Apps > click Run the troubleshooter.
4. Reset Windows Store through Command prompt:
Type cmd in the Windows Search box > right-click on Command Prompt > Run As Administrator > Type WSreset.exe and press Enter > reboot your computer.
